MISSION: To facilitate teamwork, leadership, and personal development by creating unique learning environments that are both physically and mentally challenging. Through scenario-based courses, you learn technical skills, and execute those skills in a specific context. Our ethos and motto, find a way or make one, reinforces the values threaded across all courses: adaptability, resourcefulness, accountability, and selflessness. This course line-up allows us to provide genuinely impactful team and individual experiences. We deliver a unique blend of skills and objectives that you won’t find elsewhere. Our goal is to shape formidable leaders and indispensable teammates
WHY OSS? Our courses are rooted in U.S. Army Special Forces doctrine, thoughtfully adapted to address the complex trials of the modern civilian and professional world. We begin by conducting a thorough analysis of your team or individual objectives and priorities, then structure each course to align with and advance those specific goals. Participants will learn new technical skills while gaining profound insights into their own capabilities. Above all, we empower you, both personally and professionally, to increase your capacity.
We offer distinctive, often overlooked training experiences to small groups of adventurous professionals and leaders. Our programs are designed to develop exceptional teamwork and leadership skills, foster deep personal awareness, and enhance practical problem-solving strategies. Each course in our curriculum strengthens essential processes, from individual decision-making to collaborative strategic planning. Predominantly scenario-based, these immersive programs challenge participants to engage in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and real-time application of specialized skills. Our training emphasizes leadership, cohesive teamwork, and resilience in austere and demanding conditions.
OSS is the ideal choice for those seeking transformative team building and leadership development with a bit of adventurous flavor. Drawing upon special operations principles battle-tested in the most extreme environments, our programs create powerful shared experiences that build authentic trust, clear communication, decisiveness, and adaptive mindset required to guide teams through uncertainty and high-stakes situations. In small-group settings that ensure personalized attention and maximum engagement, participants return to their organizations with not only unique experiences, but with confidence, resilience, and practical frameworks necessary to elevate both individual and collective performance.
At OSS, we will help you find your way or make one.
